S3B Global is seeking a high-impact SAP SD/LE/WM Lead to drive the Plan-to-Deliver (PTD) functional landscape for large-scale enterprise projects. This role involves guiding project teams, managing senior stakeholder interactions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated SAP solutions. Responsibilities • Direct the SAP SD, LE, and WM functional streams across major implementation, rollout, and enhancement initiatives • Drive the end-to-end Plan-to-Deliver (PTD) process cycle, including design, configuration, rigorous testing, and deployment • Define and execute the comprehensive data migration strategy, covering mapping, validation, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation • Partner with MM, PP, FI, QM, and PM teams to ensure business solutions are fully integrated and cohesive • Lead requirement gathering workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide mentorship to functional consultants and development teams • Deliver high-quality functional specifications and documentation that align strictly with business requirements • Oversee UAT cycles, cutover planning, hypercare support, and proactive issue resolution • Propose and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for all SD/LE/WM processes Skills • Over 15 years of hands-on experience specifically within SAP SD, LE, and WM modules • Demonstrated expertise in PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) functional workflows • Successfully completed at least 3–4 end-to-end SAP implementations in a lead or senior capacity • Extensive experience using SAP migration tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs, or the SAP Migration Cockpit • Strong understanding of how SD/LE/WM integrates with MM, FI, and PP modules • Ability to work independently while providing decisive leadership to cross-functional teams • Prior experience with S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred Company Overview • S3B Global is a cutting-edge technology consulting service provider.
