They are seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional service during the holiday season, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities β’ Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including live chats, emails, and phone calls β’ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally β’ Provide customers with support about Minted products and promotions, as well as general order information; provide assistance with processing orders and customizing designs β’ Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM, while following departmental policies β’ Use support tools & training including our knowledge base to provide a seamless customer experience β’ Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share those with Customer Service leadership β’ Attain the highest quality possible, with accountability for your own Quality and Productivity KPIs Skills β’ Must reside in the following states to be considered for a Seasonal Role: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI β’ This is a remote seasonal role, starting in October through December 2025 β’ Able to positively and efficiently resolve customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment β’ Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and products β’ Open to feedback, believing in a culture of continuous improvement as you work toward individual and departmental goals β’ Able to utilize various customer service tools, software, and systems to effectively manage customer interactions β’ Able to reliably meet a required flexible/variable hour work schedule including weekends based on business needs and adhere to company attendance policy β’ 1+ years of experience working in a customer service setting (preferably at a premium brand) β’ 1+ years of experience of building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints β’ 1+ years of experience in identifying and solving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to enhance customer satisfaction β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ High attention to detail, are organized, and able to follow through β’ Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus Education Requirements β’ A Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience Benefits β’ Paid Sick Leave β’ Minted Friends and Family Discount β’ Access to employee perks portal Company Overview β’ Minted is a design marketplace that connects users with artists to help them create something one-of-a-kind.
