- Managing, facilitating, and executing self-storage property transactions
- Maintaining client satisfaction
- Prospecting new leads
- Analyzing market trends
- Negotiating property deals
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborating closely with team members to meet and exceed organizational goals
- Skills
- Active Real Estate License and knowledge of relevant regulations
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Strong Sales experience with the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of the self-storage industry is highly favorable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
