Senior Account Manager for their Media Network. This role is crucial for managing relationships with brand partners, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring client satisfaction while developing strategies to achieve brand partner business objectives. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners across all post-sale relationship management and campaign execution • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to drive retention and satisfaction • Develop strategies to achieve brand partner business objectives through the bolthires Media Network • Coordinate planning, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns • Ensure campaign optimizations meet goals established during media planning • Deepen brand partner relationships by communicating campaign performance and optimization opportunities to promote strategic account growth • Participate in a culture of radical candor and extreme ownership • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services • Contribute to product development by providing brand partner feedback Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 4-6 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or media sales • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, search, and programmatic advertising • Proven track record of managing and growing accounts • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly • Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and bolthires Office Suite • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Results-oriented mindset focused on exceeding partner expectations Benefits • Medical/Vision, Dental, Retirement and Paid Time Away • Life Insurance and Disability • Merchandise Discount and EAP Resources • 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
