Job Description

As a Senior AI Scientist, you will develop AI algorithms to improve diagnostic accuracy in radiology and lead research initiatives using advanced clinical data and deep learning methods.

Develop AI algorithms that will be deployed to improve diagnostic accuracy in radiology
Research, design and evaluate novel deep learning, NLP and CV methods for clinical imaging and reports
Lead research initiatives and contribute to scientific publications
Present research at leading scientific and industry conferences
Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, clinicians and ML engineers to deliver production‑ready models
Shape technical direction and act as a senior contributor within the AI function

Strong experience in deep learning, particularly with Python and PyTorch
Experience leading independent research projects from concept to delivery
Hands‑on model development, training and evaluation using clinical or complex data
Strong capability working in Linux environments
Experience with GPU or cluster‑based training environments
Experience with healthcare or radiology data
