Senior Business Analyst to work with stakeholders to improve business processes and data governance while analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations. Responsibilities • Work with stakeholders from Client experience, Operations, Data Governance to elicit business requirements, document current (“as-is”) workflows and draft improved (“to-be”) processes • Analyze data, identify trends, inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations • Conduct impact assessments (process, data, systems) for proposed changes • Assist in project documentation, requirements specs, process models and support project delivery, including testing and user acceptance • Collaborate with the team to validate data sources and draft nonfunctional requirements • Help maintain and improve data governance, documentation, metadata and data quality practices Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing all aspects of requirements gathering and implementation • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams; comfortable working with stakeholders at various levels • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data, interpret data and draw meaningful insights • Familiar with Excel, Visio and wireframing tools • Excellent communication skills: able to translate between business needs into user requirements with clear acceptance criteria, create BRD's • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Company Overview • CES is an information technology and business process management company.
