Senior Business Analyst to work with stakeholders to improve business processes and data governance while analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations. Responsibilities β’ Work with stakeholders from Client experience, Operations, Data Governance to elicit business requirements, document current (βas-isβ) workflows and draft improved (βto-beβ) processes β’ Analyze data, identify trends, inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations β’ Conduct impact assessments (process, data, systems) for proposed changes β’ Assist in project documentation, requirements specs, process models and support project delivery, including testing and user acceptance β’ Collaborate with the team to validate data sources and draft nonfunctional requirements β’ Help maintain and improve data governance, documentation, metadata and data quality practices Skills β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience managing all aspects of requirements gathering and implementation β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills β’ Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams; comfortable working with stakeholders at various levels β’ Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data, interpret data and draw meaningful insights β’ Familiar with Excel, Visio and wireframing tools β’ Excellent communication skills: able to translate between business needs into user requirements with clear acceptance criteria, create BRD's β’ Self-starter, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Company Overview β’ CES is an information technology and business process management company.
