In this role, you will collaborate with clients to establish project vision, lead Salesforce implementations, analyze business requirements, and help design Salesforce solutions.
- Responsibilities
- Lead Sales, Quote-to-Cash, and Billing business process review sessions to identify user stories and requirements
- Design and implement advanced Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and Usage-Based Billing functionalities
- Configure and build solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)
- Facilitate business process reviews to streamline client workflows and optimize operations
- Oversee unit, system, and end-user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for solution adoption
- Manage project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables for overall projects or specific workstreams
- Skills
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with 2+ years working on CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations
- Proficient in Quote-to-Cash, Product Master Data Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionalities, including pricing rules, discounting, invoicing, subscription management, and revenue recognition. Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder) and configuration
- Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce and integrations with ERP or financial systems
- Experience in managing status, timelines, and risks at the program or workstream level
- Proficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist required; Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred
- Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Ability to travel to client sites 30β50%
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred
