- Responsibilities
- Manage and track service escalations to identify process non-conformance.
- Create and present data to influence business decisions regarding product issues.
- Conduct technical meetings and webinars via remote conferencing.
- Develop and review Product Support Troubleshooting Documentation.
- Efficiently troubleshoot system-level issues including hardware and software.
- Collaborate with in-house R&D and OEM service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize proactive tools and data sets for targeted remedial actions.
- Perform other responsibilities as required.
- Requirements
- Minimum 2-year degree in a technical discipline; Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering/Support role; Healthcare Diagnostics preferred.
- Experience with automation systems is advantageous.
- 10-30% travel may be required based on skill level.
- Strong data analytics skills for troubleshooting and presentations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Notepad++, SQL.
- Effective team participation and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent activities.
