Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement complex data analysis methodologies and predictive models to drive business outcomes
- Lead projects that involve advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis, data visualization, and reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Design and implement data management systems, dashboards, and tools using technologies like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Provide technical expertise and training to stakeholders on data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Expertise in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Proficiency in reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming languages (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English and ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones
