The role involves leading finance transformation engagements, advising CFOs on operating model evolution, and implementing digital solutions to enhance finance operations.
- Responsibilities
- Lead transformation workstreams or medium-to-large client engagements
- Design future-state operating models and finance process enhancements
- Deliver digital finance solutions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to finance leaders on transformation strategy and execution
- Oversee project delivery, team performance, and quality assurance
- Mentor junior consultants and managers, developing talent across the practice
- Contribute to business development efforts—proposals, presentations, and solutioning
- Help evolve internal methodologies and thought leadership in finance effectiveness
- Skills
- 6+ years of experience in finance transformation / strategy consulting (Big 4 or top-tier consulting background essential)
- Proven leadership in finance operations, shared services, or process improvement
- Familiarity with enabling technologies—ERP, EPM, automation, data & analytics
- Track record of successful project delivery and executive stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership capabilities
