They are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and collaboration with payroll and finance in a fast-paced, international environment. Responsibilities β’ Manage new hire documentation from offer acceptance, including global Right to Work checks, background screens, and I-9 Documentation, ensuring a first-class onboarding experience β’ Oversee global contract creation and the background check process, supporting contingent onboarding as needed β’ Research, build, and continuously improve scalable People tools and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation β’ Support international entity establishments and key annual People processes such as performance, compensation, promotions, and levelling β’ Act as a key point of contact for team member inquiries, providing prompt and accurate resolutions β’ Manage and maintain all global People templates, including employment verifications, visa support, offer letters, and contracts, and coordinate candidate visa processes β’ Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly payroll updates, partnering closely with the Finance team for accurate documentation β’ Administer, enhance, and audit all People systems (e.g., Workday, Tangelo, Freshservice), driving data integrity across platforms Skills β’ Progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role, preferably within a high-growth, remote environment β’ Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through skills β’ Ability to thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently make decisions even when all information isn't readily available β’ Highly resourceful and adept at both independent work and effective collaboration, demonstrating strong initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and sound judgment β’ Proactive self-starter, a true 'go-getter' who is not afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and drive initiatives forward β’ Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships both within the People team and across all levels of the organization (e.g., Finance, Legal, Leadership) β’ Highly approachable with a customer service mindset to ensure great interactions with team members β’ Ability to adapt to new processes, technologies, and ways of working, thriving in a dynamic, evolving environment β’ Process-oriented and enjoy creating process and structure where there is none, often as part of a team effort β’ Experience partnering with or working within People Operations and understanding the importance of handling and protecting sensitive and confidential information Benefits β’ Equity β’ Bonus (if applicable) β’ Global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum β’ 3 days of your annual leave entitlement are reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days to allow the team to really disconnect Company Overview β’ Grafana Labs is an open-source software platform built to support monitoring, visualization, and metric analytics.
