Conspicuous is a fast-growing, enterprise-scale organization seeking a Senior Platform Developer to enhance internal platforms that support secure and scalable application development. The role involves building internal platform services, developing AI-assisted workflows, and creating backend services using FastAPI and React.
- Responsibilities
- Build and own internal platform services for integration, orchestration, and automation
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for mappings, transformations, and documentation (with validation/review checkpoints)
- Create backend services with FastAPI (Python) and internal tools/UI with React
- Integrate with API Management for secure, observable access
- Define “check-the-box” guardrails for security, logging, auditability, data access, and architecture
- Improve reliability via CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and diagnostics
- Skills
- 7+ years software development experience
- Strong FastAPI (or similar) API development
- Strong React experience building internal tools
- Experience using AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., GPT/Claude)
- Solid Git workflows + CI/CD
- API management (e.g., Azure APIM)
- Event-driven/data integration platforms
- Internal platform tooling
- Manufacturing/F&B exposure
