Senior Product Manager to support the delivery of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that enhances employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents. Responsibilities • Own the Enterprise Knowledge Management EKM platform product lifecycle and roadmap for agentic knowledge products • Define user stories, manage backlogs, and validate deliverables against requirements • Collaborate with Solution Architect, dev teams and Platform Ops Manager • Monitor product performance, adoption, and drive enhancements for AI enablement • Ensure alignment with enterprise KM strategy and business priorities Skills • 4+ years of Experience leading RAG/AI Knowledge Product delivery • 1+ years of Experience shipping LLM/Agentic products at an enterprise scale • 8+ years of Experience delivering products from pilot to production • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field • Expertise in AI agent memory, orchestration, RAG and knowledge graph architectures • Knowledge of Azure AI Search, vector databases (pgvector, Milvus etc.), and secure retrieval • Ability to design structured outputs (JSON Schema, etc.) and robust tool/function calling • Strong LLMOps mindset: instrumentation, evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops • Security-first approach: prompt injection mitigation, and guardrails • Heavy user of agent AI products or dev frameworks, e.g..
