Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will design and advance AI-powered test automation architectures, apply predictive analytics, and contribute to redefining software quality standards. Responsibilities • Design and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that produce test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation processes • Leverage GenAI technologies to assess testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement • Replicate user interactions, load conditions, and boundary scenarios to detect potential failures before they reach end users • Deploy AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery cycles and minimize product defects Skills • AI-First Mindset (candidates whose default approach is to write code manually before employing AI tools for verification or enhancement should not apply) • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA automation • Demonstrated proficiency with Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript • Proven professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes • Working knowledge of bolthires/CD systems, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
