Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and technical support to review customer cases related to Amazon systems and projects

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and development, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage a team of Technical Account Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure their success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical account management role or similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and software development
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
