The Service of Process Specialist will manage the service of process from start to finish, ensuring client orders are on track and utilizing cutting-edge technology to streamline operations. Responsibilities Own the process from start to finish — handle service of process with precision and accountability Keep client orders on track — review, prepare, submit, and dispatch filings and services while meeting deadlines Be the problem-solver — prevent delays, handle rush requests, apply critical thinking skills to our workflows and systems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Communicate like a pro — keep clients, vendors, and teammates in the loop at every step Work with cutting-edge tools — Utilize industry-leading technology platforms to streamline intake, order fulfillment, and communications across client-facing and internal channels Stay organized and on top of it all — manage multiple jobs, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records Skills Experience in service of process and litigation support Ability to manage a busy job queue and juggle deadlines Familiarity with Legal CMS platforms and legal support vendors Experience in high volume dispatch Ability to monitor SLAs and flag risks Strong communication skills for coordinating with process servers and clients Detail-oriented with a knack for managing complex workflows Ability to stay organized and manage multiple jobs while maintaining accurate records Benefits Premium Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage 100% of premiums covered for some plans Stock options included Company Overview Steno provides litigation support by connecting legal teams with court reporters, remote deposition tools, and transcript management.
