Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Brixton Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM functionalities. The role involves designing and developing solutions based on business requirements, integrating ServiceNow Change Management, and managing testing processes. Responsibilities β’ Must be able to design and develop appropriate solutions based on the provided business/solution requirements and design. β’ Development may consist of ServiceNow configuration and development in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM functionality areas and App engine within ServiceNow. β’ Required to integrate ServiceNow Change Management processing within Service Request management to ensure Catalog items are calling change management as part of the process. β’ Required to create functional and user acceptance test cases for execution by technical and business users to meet the business and solution requirements. β’ Must be able to manage and track the design, development and test cases using ServiceNow SAFe and Test Management functionality. β’ May be asked to manage other ServiceNow developers to ensure they complete assigned tasks by the due date. Skills β’ 8+ years of non-internship professional experience. β’ At least 6+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience. β’ ServiceNow system administrator certification. β’ 4-6 years development and configuration experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM and ITOM capabilities. β’ Experience in Agile software methodology. β’ Experience in ServiceNow workflow and flow designer, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI actions, SOAP and REST web services. β’ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). β’ Development experience in ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center Pro ServiceNow Mobile. β’ ServiceNow Next Experience UI.
