The role involves preparing data for meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring the showroom is organized and presentable. Responsibilities Support the CEO during buyer and customer meetings Prepare customer histories, trend insights, sales recaps, and pricing intel before each meeting Take detailed notes during all customer interactions and distill them into clear, actionable recaps Send summaries and follow-up tasks to the LA team to keep everyone aligned Help keep the showroom organized, presentable, and ready for walk-throughs Assist with product samples, meeting materials, and general coordination Skills Strong note-taking and communication skills Ability to synthesize information quickly and turn it into clean, concise recaps Comfort working directly with executives and customers
