The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in recruiting high-quality clinical and operational talent for skilled home health service lines, ensuring that the organization is staffed effectively to meet patient care needs. Responsibilities β’ Partner with Skilled Home Health leadership to assess staffing needs driven by census, coverage, and patient acuity β’ Develop and execute customized recruiting strategies to support field-based clinical roles, including RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and HHAs β’ Proactively source active and passive candidates using both traditional and non-traditional methods, including: β’ Professional networking platforms and social media β’ Job boards and advanced internet sourcing β’ Cold outreach, referrals, and pipeline development β’ Local networking, career fairs, and campus recruiting β’ Niche healthcare and therapy-specific advertising β’ Build and maintain strong, market-specific talent pipelines across assigned territories β’ Act as a consultative advisor to home health leaders, providing insight into labor market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring timelines β’ Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present qualified shortlists aligned to licensure, compliance, and patient care standards β’ Coordinate structured interview processes while balancing speed, quality, and regulatory requirements β’ Maintain timely, transparent communication with hiring managers regarding requisition status and hiring progress β’ Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while meeting service level agreements β’ Accurately update requisitions, candidate activity, and recruiting metrics in Workday β’ Manage follow-up activities including reference checks, offer letters, and candidate communications β’ Partner with the Recruitment Coordinator to support onboarding and ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements β’ Attend local hiring events, job fairs, and industry conferences as needed β’ Promote Elara Caringβs mission, values, and commitment to quality home-based care β’ Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies Skills β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field required β’ Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, highly preferable in Skilled Home Health, Hospice, healthcare, or field-based clinical environments β’ Proven success in recruiting licensed clinicians and filling hard-to-fill healthcare roles β’ Strong understanding of skilled home health operations, licensure, and staffing models β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, census-driven environment β’ Excellent relationship-building skills with field leaders, clinicians, and executive stakeholders β’ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills β’ Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) β’ Up to 10% travel required β’ Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance required β’ Experience using Workday Applicant Tracking System Benefits β’ Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package β’ Tuition reimbursement and continuing education opportunities β’ Career growth and advancement opportunities β’ 401(k) with employer match β’ Paid time off, paid holidays, and family and pet bereavement β’ Pet insurance Company Overview β’ Elara Caring offers personalized in-home care services.
