A top insurance brokerage is looking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a 3-6 month contract position. This individual will be working with small business accounts in a department offering a ton of support and several industry-leading resources for their employees. Β Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours
Β 100% remote
What we need from you:
Β Experience - You have at least 3+ years of Account Manager experience in the insurance industry, Brokerage experience is a plus.
Β Licensed - You currently have a Property & Casualty License
Β Knowledge - You have strong technical insurance knowledge including coverage and product knowledge with a strong understanding of agency functions and procedures
Β Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other agency management systems
Responsibilities:
Β Provide effective and professional service and insurance needs to clients and producers
Β Discover new business opportunities by conducting outside sales
Β Thoroughly review insurance applications
Β Support current clients and generate future business
Β Compile data on insurance policy changes and records
Β Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, and finalize sales
Β Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
