[Remote] Smartsheet Contractor

El Car Wash is one of South Florida’s fastest-growing companies, expanding into Michigan and seeking an experienced Smartsheet Contractor to build and configure scalable Smartsheet systems. This role focuses on project build and execution, translating designs and business requirements into high-performing, user-friendly systems that enhance efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Smartsheet sheets, reports, forms, and dashboards that serve as the "source of truth" for cross-functional teams
• Build advanced sheets, reports, forms, and executive-level dashboards with high usability
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data
• Implement automations (alerts, approvals, reminders, update requests)
• Ensure systems remain usable, fast, and accurate as data volume grows
• Test builds, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance prior to delivery
• Work from clearly defined designs to deliver fully tested, production-ready solutions independently
• Project-build phases. You get the system live, tested, and working

Skills

• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience building Smartsheet solutions. You should be able to demonstrate what you've built and how it scales
• You don't just build sheets. You understand how data flows across an entire organization. You have a 'Continuous Learning Mindset' and stay ahead of Smartsheet's evolving feature set
• Complex Conditional Logic and Workflow Rules. Proven experience designing and maintaining connected Smartsheet systems
• Experience supporting multi-team environments
• Smartsheet Certification
• Proven success in designing dashboards for executive reporting that distill complex data into actionable insights
• Creating training materials and build documentation
• Supporting knowledge transfer to internal teams
