- REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous appointment setting or call center experience REQUIRED
- Solar or energy experience is a plus
- Reliable computer or laptop
- Professional headset
- Strong internet connection
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and follow scripts
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Speak with homeowners regarding rising energy costs
- Generate interest and schedule energy consultations
- Follow up with leads
- Update CRM and appointment notes
- Maintain professionalism on calls
