Nightingale College is focused on higher learning in healthcare professions, and they are seeking a Specialist I to assist the college curriculum team. The role involves managing learner concerns related to testing, supporting data collection for analysis, and collaborating with the curriculum delivery team on various projects. Responsibilities Orders HESI exams to be delivered to learners in a timely manner Ensures exams have transferred to our proctoring service to allow for auditing by the curriculum team Assists in the review of Honorlock exam violations weekly and communicates any potential testing violations with the evaluation team Communicates with the innovations division regularly for any changes that may impact curriculum delivery and relays that info to the appropriate stakeholders Categorizes course concerns to ensure issues found in courses are addressed in a timely manner Provides support to the curriculum delivery team on any new projects as needed Tests SOPs to ensure the information included is effective and accurate Provides feedback for all SOPs developed in the curriculum delivery team Works closely with the other specialists and supports the College Curriculum manager with special projects as needed Responds to learner concerns in shared mailboxes in a timely manner Takes responsibility for projects as they relate to curriculum delivery Works closely with the 504 coordinator to ensure all learners who will be given accommodations for HESI testing are accounted for Skills A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is desired One year of experience working in higher education is desired Experience working with an LMS, preferably Canvas, is required Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint is required Experience working with student-facing measures is desired Benefits The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
