Job Description
A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist providing telepractice services in Oakland, CA. This role focuses on delivering remote speech-language therapy to K-12 students across multiple school sites.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions remotely for school-age children.
- Collaborate with educational staff to support students communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational and clinical standards.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student goals in a virtual environment.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Clear Teaching Credential (CTC) required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred.
- Experience delivering teletherapy in school settings.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Position Details:
- Contract duration: August 2026 through the 2026-2027 school year.
- Up to 10 hours per week; specific days to be determined.
- Services provided remotely across multiple school locations within Oakland.
