They are seeking a Senior Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to execute structured outbound campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers and to maintain accurate CRM records while delivering consistent performance results.
- Responsibilities
- Initiate professional outbound conversations with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders using prospect contact information provided by our data team
- Secure qualified meetings aligned to defined buyer criteria
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
- Work independently within clear daily activity expectations
- Deliver consistent monthly performance results
- Skills
- 8β20 years of experience in Inside Sales
- 8β20 years of experience in Outbound Prospecting
- 8β20 years of experience in Appointment Setting
- Experience in B2B Technology, Telecom, Insurance, Financial Services, or Industrial Sales
- Calm objection handling
- Executive-level communication skills
- Strong daily structure and discipline
- Comfort working remotely with accountability
- CRM familiarity
