The Sr Product Analyst will conduct data analysis to support product development and feature success, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive impactful results. Responsibilities β’ Conducting data analysis and research to provide insights, recommendations and drive solutions for product development β’ Communicating results of analysis and recommendations clearly and concisely to a variety of stakeholders, including Product, Tech Leadership and Engineering β’ Defining and running product experiments that deliver impactful results β’ Creating dashboards, reports and papers to present product and feature level usage to Product and Tech Leadership β’ Working with stakeholders, including Tech Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Platform Operations, to formulate critical business operation questions for investigation and analysis β’ Collaborating with Product Managers to define success criteria β’ Supporting Product Managersβ research into feature development needs and the necessary data points to guide and prioritize feature development β’ Building monitoring processes to track feature usage and adoption against defined success criteria β’ Understanding our data model, contributing to shared data model documentation, and recommend new data collection to Engineering when required to support objectives β’ Extracting, integrating and validating sample data sets from various sources including big data environments Skills β’ 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a similar role β’ Post-secondary education with a strong analytical component, e.g.
statistics, business, social sciences, sciences β’ Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects across Product areas in a fast-paced environment β’ Resourceful and self-reliant; a strong self-starter with a passion for learning β’ Excellent communicator with an ability to clearly explain complex technical subjects to a variety of stakeholders β’ Ability to translate data analysis into stories, insights and recommendations β’ Experience applying statistical methodologies to test design, measurement and analysis β’ Knowledgeable about best practices around data manipulation, extracting data from big data systems, feature engineering and creating dashboards β’ Experience working with Relational Databases including SQL β’ Experience with Python, R or similar language for data analysis β’ Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g.
