The role involves the development and coding of IT solutions using ReactJS, Redux, D3, and NodeJS to enhance Customer Experience applications. Responsibilities β’ React Developers will support additional work being requested by IT Network Domain to gain administrative / operational efficiencies thru 2026. β’ Sr. React Developers are responsible for the development, programming, and coding of Information Technology solutions using ReactJS, Redux, D3 and NodeJS to enable Customer Experience applications. Skills β’ Candidates must currently have PERMANENT US work authorization. β’ Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures β’ Proficiency using MERN and MEAN Scaffolding tools β’ Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills β’ Flexible team player β’ 3-5 years professional full-stack development experience in enterprise applications β’ Strong proficiency in React (hooks, functional components, state management with Redux/Redux Toolkit) β’ Node.js/Express.js backend development with RESTful API design and implementation β’ JavaScript/ES6+ expertise with modern development patterns and best practices β’ Experience with Material-UI (MUI) component library and responsive design β’ Proficiency in Redux state management (actions, reducers, middleware, thunks) β’ Git version control and collaborative development workflows β’ Knowledge of JWT authentication and security best practices β’ Unit testing experience with Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library β’ Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines β’ Experience refactoring legacy code and managing technical debt β’ Ability to work with large codebases and understand complex business logic β’ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with browser DevTools β’ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development β’ Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders β’ Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively β’ 5+ years related work experience, Professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industry β’ Strong proficiency in React (hooks, functional components, state management with Redux/Redux Toolkit) β’ JavaScript/ES6+ expertise with modern development patterns and best practices β’ Experience refactoring legacy code and managing technical debt β’ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with browser DevTools β’ Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively β’ Related Bachelorβs degree or related work experience β’ Exposure to AI Technologies and be able to utilize and apply Company Overview β’ American Recruiting & Consulting Group is a staffing agency that offers recruitment, consulting, and it professional services to industries.
