The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Motion Recruitment is looking to fill three Sr. SAFe Scrum Master contract positions for a Fortune 500 client. The role involves managing integrations and enhancements in various systems using Agile methodologies, specifically focusing on API development and compliance requirements. Responsibilities • Managing integrations between our client's ERP SAP system and other systems such as Work Management and other SAP systems • Configuring or creating APIs • Documenting technical designs • Working with our client's middleware team who uses microservices and the LWC (Lightning Web Components) framework • Managing Enhancements and Updates to our client's Transmission Management System (TMS) • Meeting compliance and regulatory requirements • Implementing solutions with business (modelers) and IT Skills • 5-8 years as a Scrum Master • 2 years using SAFe • 1+ year hands on in Azure DevOps ALM for planning, tracking, and maintain software applications • SAFe certified (SM, RTE, SPC etc.) • SAFe and Agile Team coaching • Team builder • Excellent communication skills, dynamic/energetic presentation skills • Managing teams building API's (only for Integration Initiative) • Shared Services Teams (only for TMS Initiative) • Technical or Business System Analyst experience (only for Integration Initiative) • Implementing vendors systems • Working with Systems Integrators such as Accenture • Utility experience Benefits • Medical Insurance – Four plans to choose from for you and your family • Dental and Orthodontia Benefits • Vision Benefits • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) • 401(k) Retirement Plan Company Overview • Motion Recruitment, a Kelly® Company, delivers IT Talent Solutions for Contract, Direct Hire, Managed Solutions and Statement of Work to all of North America from our 21 delivery centers.
