You’ll know you’re crushing it when nurses text you for more contracts, and the CEO shouts you out on the team call.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Source, screen, and place high-demand travel nurses into urgent contracts
- Build strong relationships with clinicians through transparency and fast follow-up
- Hit clear weekly KPIs: 10 submissions, 1 placement, 15 new resumes, 6 hours of weekly talk time of 300 calls
- Keep your ATS clean and your calendar tight
- Own your day, no micromanagers, just results
