They are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to manage their core billing platform, focusing on enhancing scalability and efficiency through the design and development of complex software systems. Responsibilities β’ Oversee high-level and low-level designs of one or more sub-systems of the billing platform we are building β’ Be responsible and accountable for the quality, reliability, usability, and performance of the solutions β’ Provide strategic guidance and oversight for multiple billing teams, ensuring alignment with the Platformβs technical vision and business objectives β’ Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet high-quality standards. This includes evaluating code quality and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and implement project requirements β’ Identify and prioritize technical challenges that may pose risks to business. Develop solutions to address these issues efficiently, ensuring smooth product development β’ Work closely with various departments, including product management and design, to ensure cohesive and successful project delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to achieve common goals β’ Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
