Responsibilities β€’ Oversee high-level and low-level designs of one or more sub-systems of the billing platform we are building β€’ Be responsible and accountable for the quality, reliability, usability, and performance of the solutions β€’ Provide strategic guidance and oversight for multiple billing teams, ensuring alignment with the Platform’s technical vision and business objectives β€’ Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet high-quality standards. This includes evaluating code quality and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and implement project requirements β€’ Identify and prioritize technical challenges that may pose risks to business. Develop solutions to address these issues efficiently, ensuring smooth product development β€’ Work closely with various departments, including product management and design, to ensure cohesive and successful project delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to achieve common goals β€’ Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
