As a Strategy Consultant for Crimson Rise, you will guide young students and their parents in developing academic, extracurricular, and personal goals over a multi-year timeline leading up to high school. Responsibilities • Guide students in pre-college academic strategy, including: • • Course selection • • Developing healthy study habits • • Recognizing and building on strengths • • Finding and maintaining an innate love of learning • Guide Students In Pre-college Extracurricular Strategy, Including • • Pinpointing and owning interests and dislikes • • Exploring new extracurriculars and hobbies • • Deepening established extracurriculars and hobbies • • Brainstorming personal projects • • Summer activity planning • Guide Students In Personal Development, Including • • Goal-setting • • Stress management • • Time management • • Reflection on priorities, interests, motivators, and strengths • Guide Students In Additional Developmental Work, Including • • Building tailored reading lists • • Improving vocabulary • • Exploring majors and careers • • Taking supplementary online classes • • Help students become happy, healthy, clear-minded thinkers confident in their inherent value and able to engage passionately with their interests and the world around them • Expertly support students through their Crimson Rise journey • Meeting with students at least once a month from the start of their program • Excellent student feedback, as determined by session feedback and NPS • Adherence to established service protocols and timely responses to clients Skills • Bachelor's degree from a top University; advanced degrees will be advantageous • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, product management a plus • Superior written and oral communication skills • Resilience when working independently under pressure • Experience in formal education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred Benefits • Limitless growth and development opportunities Company Overview • Crimson Education specializes in tutoring, athletic scholarship consulting, extracurricular advising, and leadership mentoring services.
