The Research and Creation Team Specialist handles inbound calls, initiates new claim files, and identifies potential subrogation claims, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities Answer inbound ACD call line, providing prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies Create new claim files with accurate and complete information Regularly access client systems to gather information for inventory creation Use multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently Skills High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty, or related fields preferred
