Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Info Services is seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in the Snowflake platform. The role involves owning the automation and infrastructure management of the Snowflake platform and driving DevOps best practices for the data infrastructure.
- Responsibilities
- Own Snowflake platform automation and infrastructure management
- Build and maintain Terraform-based infra with high availability
- Drive DevOps best practices for Snowflake data platform
- Support and scale secure enterprise data infrastructure
- Skills
- Very strong Snowflake (administration + platform level experience, not just SQL usage)
- Very strong Terraform (infrastructure as code for data platform)
- Strong AWS (IAM, networking, storage, infra automation)
- Good to strong Python (automation, scripting, platform tooling)
- Experience building/maintaining CI/CD for infrastructure
- Experience automating platform tasks (user onboarding, DB provisioning, access grants)
- Strong understanding of data platform architecture (not typical ETL-only profile)
