Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Convergint Technologies LLC is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The role involves collaborating with HR and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing the candidate experience.
Responsibilities

- Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with internal processes
- Assists in the job posting and requisition maintenance
- Schedules interviews via Microsoft Teams and Outlook for various time zones
- Collaborates with internal team to create a positive candidate experience
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Generates and analyzes weekly recruitment report to track key metrics, candidates, and job postings
- Serves as the first point-of-contact for candidates during interviews, applications, and follow-ups
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Skills
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
- College degree
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related
