What You'll Do: • Handle tax compliance and planning for a diverse client base of closely-held businesses and their owners • Manage client relationships and engagements • Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior associatesContribute to firm growth by offering valuable feedback What We're Looking For • 5-7+ years of public accounting experience • At least 1+ year of Supervisor or Management experience • Strong technical experience with Individual, S-Corp, Partnership, and Trust taxation • Ability to serve as a primary client point of contact • Active CPA or EA What We Offer • Salary: $150K - $180K (DOE) • Annual bonus structure • 401(k) with match & profit sharing • 4-5 weeks PTO + holidays, flexible schedules, Summer Fridays • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage • Partner track opportunities for high performers • Paid CPE, tuition reimbursement, and discounted study materials • Annual firm trips, team events, and referral bonuses • A collaborative culture with no billable hours Ready to take the next step?
