Ashley Victoria’s Tax Solutions is a professional remote tax preparation firm serving individuals and families across the United States. Our firm operates under an established IRS EFIN and uses professional tax software to provide secure, accurate, and compliant electronic tax filing.
We are expanding our team and seeking experienced tax preparers to work remotely under our firm.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced Remote Tax Preparers with a valid PTIN to prepare individual tax returns under our firm's EFIN. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible hours and remote work.
- Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate individual tax returns (Form 1040)
- Review client documentation and ensure completeness
- Communicate with clients when additional information is needed
- Follow company procedures for return preparation and submission
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information
- Requirements
- Valid PTIN for the current tax year
- Previous tax preparation experience preferred
- Knowledge of individual tax returns (Form 1040)
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills

Compensation
