They are seeking a Tech Talent Sourcer to lead end-to-end hiring for elite engineers, focusing on back-end, machine learning, and product roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities β’ Act as the in-house Talent Acquisition Lead, fully embedded in the team β’ Design and run a high-velocity top-of-funnel engine β’ Generating candidate screens and the interview volume needed β’ Proactively source and engage passive candidates across back-end, ML and product engineering, building diverse, high-quality shortlists β’ Own the first stages of the process: CV review, structured screening calls and pipeline management, presenting only well-vetted candidates to hiring managers β’ Partner closely with engineers and founders, who will lead deep technical interviews and final decision-making to ensure every hire meets a very high bar β’ Coordinate every step of the process β scheduling interviews, capturing and sharing feedback, managing candidates through offers and closing β’ Protect leadership bandwidth by taking full ownership of day-to-day recruiting, removing a major operational bottleneck β’ Deliver a cost-effective hiring engine: a flat-fee embedded model driving multiple hires at a significantly lower cost per hire than traditional agency commission structure Skills β’ Proven experience in tech recruiting, ideally with a focus on software engineering, machine learning and/or product engineering roles β’ Comfortable running high-volume outbound outreach while maintaining a sharp eye for quality and culture add β’ Strong stakeholder management skills, able to partner closely with founders and senior engineers in a fast-paced startup β’ Data-driven, organised and proactive, with a bias for action and ownership in ambiguous environments Benefits β’ Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work possibilities, so you can balance life and career in a way that works best for you. β’ Our pension fund helps you invest in a secure and comfortable future, so you can plan with confidence. β’ From medical aid to comprehensive health and wellness programs, weβre committed to keeping you feeling your bestβinside and out. β’ Enjoy birthday leave to relax, celebrate, and recharge. β’ Our Town Hall Recognition Awards celebrate those who go the extra mile, because every achievement deserves a moment in the spotlight.
