Salary: $23,400 per annum + Uncapped Commission

- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to warm prospective clients to secure paid-for online consultations within the U.S. immigration marketplace
- Build and maintain strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and instilling client confidence
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately record all client interactions and progress using Microsoft 365, CRM, and DialPad systems
- Manage multiple leads and tasks effectively while remaining detail-oriented and professional
- What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in telesales, outbound sales, or client acquisition
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in achieving results
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with accountability
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred to best support our diverse client base
- Must be based in Miami
