The Project Coordinator will manage project logistics, ensure smooth program execution, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Managing project logistics, from booking venues to coordinating travel and everything in between
- Keeping all program details and documentation organized and up-to-date
- Building strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication
- Analyzing data and maintaining project management systems with excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving on-the-fly to keep programs running without a hitch
Skills
