This one-week program provides an introduction to options trading and the opportunity to work on real-world trading strategies, while also offering networking and potential full-time employment opportunities. Responsibilities • Participate in educational sessions • Engage in hands-on project work • Access an industry-leading trading desk • Receive feedback from seasoned traders • Network with founders, leaders, traders, and team members Skills • Junior standing with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 • Availability from May 18-22, 2026 or August 17-21, 2026 • Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Financial, Accounting, Actuarial, Risk Management, Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Accountancy • Curiosity and passion for the markets • Dedication to learning, personal growth, and career development • Success in team environments • Analytical and quantitative ability • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States Company Overview • At NextDrift Solutions, we understand that careers don’t always follow a straight line — and that’s a good thing.
