CBRE is a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, seeking a Transaction Analyst to support a leading-edge technology client. The role involves managing and reporting on real estate transactions, financial breakdowns, and ensuring quality assurance in transaction processes. Responsibilities β’ Manage, monitor, and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases β’ Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments β’ Assist with managing local transaction implementation β’ Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team β’ Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team β’ Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration β’ Administer quality assurance program, customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards β’ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them β’ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values β’ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines β’ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding Skills β’ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered β’ Experience with commercial real estate transactions, financial analysis, modeling and reporting are a plus β’ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems β’ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments β’ Strong financial analysis skills, highly desired β’ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc β’ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset β’ Intermediate math skills.
