They are seeking a visionary U.S. Immigration Lawyer to join their leadership team, responsible for leading the preparation and management of talent-based visa petitions.
- Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end preparation and filing of complex employment-based and extraordinary ability visa petitions
- Collaborate directly with founders and skilled professionals to analyze eligibility, draft sophisticated legal arguments, and map out long-term immigration paths
- Drive the evolution of Jumpstart’s methodology by integrating legal best practices with our proprietary AI and data tools
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert within the global startup and professional communities
- Skills
- J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with a U.S. State Bar
- Proven track record of success in O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and E-visa categories
- A demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to international clients
- Proficiency with modern case management systems and an interest in leveraging AI to optimize legal workflows
- Previous experience working with venture-backed startups or global skilled professionals
