The VBC Performance Analyst will utilize advanced analytical skills to enhance healthcare practices in value-based care programs, collaborating with teams to identify opportunities and track performance indicators that improve patient care outcomes. Responsibilities Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across Aledadeβs value based care portfolio; Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for all health plan payer contracts across MSSP, Commercial, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid, providing the SVP-Market Performance with a synthesized vision of where targeted interventions may be necessary within different markets Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to MSSP Develop strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to learn and support market workflows for addressing performance measures; conduct assessments determining opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs, drive quality performance improvement, and improve value-based care performance tools through new and innovative methods for measuring and tracking performance Skills Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields 1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience Experience in using bolthires Sheets or Excel as a data management tool; comfortable with basic formulas and creating pivot tables Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal Commitment to Aledade's mission of serving primary care providers, their patients and society Experience using Tableau or other data management software Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward Benefits Flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely are available for many roles Health, dental and vision insurance paid up to 80% for employees, dependents and domestic partners Robust time-off plan (21 days of PTO in your first year) Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents Six weeks paid sabbatical after six years of service Educational Assistant Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program 401(k) with up to 4% match Stock options Company Overview Aledade is the largest network of independent primary care, enabling clinicians to deliver better patient outcomes and generate more savings revenue through value-based care.
