The role involves leading Veeva CRM implementations, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts
- Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams
- Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices
- Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences and CRM platforms
- Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts
- Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams
- Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (as applicable to Veeva)
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
