Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and net-new prospects Drive revenue and margin growth by representing Extremeβs end-to-end portfolio, including Wired, Wireless, Network Management, and Security solutions Actively hunt for new opportunities while expanding the existing install base Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas aligned with corporate initiatives Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account development Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate business value Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, business plans, and pipeline reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional internal teams and channel partners Stay current on Extreme offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends Participate in required training, certifications, workshops, and customer meetings (virtual and in-person as needed) Skills Self-starter with high energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to succeed with limited direction Coachable mindset with commitment to continuous learning and professional development Outgoing, personable, and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills Proven hunter mentality with experience developing new customer relationships Ability to operate as a trusted business partner with high personal and professional standards 1β2 years of sales experience preferred (SLED/or IT sales a plus) Strong business planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills Solid understanding of competitive technologies and solution-based selling Ability to articulate and position Extreme Networks' value-added differentiators Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and partners 1β2 years of sales experience preferred (SLED/or IT sales a plus) Company Overview Extreme Networks provides wired and wireless networking solutions to enhance connectivity for businesses and organizations.
