The role involves leading brand vision, driving client success, and managing product launches while ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. Responsibilities β’ Lead Brand Vision: Serve as the strategic lead for high-profile pharmaceutical accounts, translating complex scientific data and brand insights into integrated, authentic, and impactful brand strategies β’ Drive Client Success: Act as a trusted advisor to C-Suite clients and key stakeholders, cultivating deep partnerships and ensuring all creative work aligns with core brand objectives β’ Mastermind Product Launches: Lead the development and execution of integrated 360Β° campaigns for new product launches, biologics portfolios, and new indication entries across HCP and DTC markets β’ Generate Segmented Insights: Utilize research, KPI outputs, and competitive deep dives to identify "white space" opportunities and develop tailored content that meets specific patient and provider needs β’ Champion Business Growth: Drive organic revenue growth by identifying new initiatives and protecting agency margins through efficient scope management and strategic planning β’ Mentor and Lead: Foster a collaborative team environment, managing a group of strategists and cross-functional partners to ensure professional growth and high-performance creative output β’ Ensure Brand Consistency: Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent voice and strategic execution across all digital, traditional, and social platforms Skills β’ 12β15+ years of strategic planning experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare agency setting β’ Extensive experience leading full-funnel 360Β° campaigns for global brands, ideally with a focus on oncology β’ Demonstrated experience managing and growing large cross-functional teams and handling multi-million dollar budgets β’ Ability to toggle seamlessly between high-level brand architecture/positioning and tactical execution (digital, social, OOH, print, and experiential) β’ A compelling storyteller with the ability to present complex strategic concepts to multi-level stakeholders and C-suite executives β’ Strong competency in assessing KPIs, conducting consumer journey research, and utilizing market dynamics to inform creative briefs β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required β’ MBA or advanced degree preferred Company Overview β’ Clutch provides staffing solutions for advertising and marketing professionals.
