The Wealth Management Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial needs, build tailored financial plans, and manage ongoing client relationships. Responsibilities • Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand goals, priorities, and financial needs • Build tailored financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and long-term planning • Present clear recommendations and guide clients through decisions in a simple, understandable way • Manage ongoing client relationships, run review meetings, and adjust plans as life and markets change • Stay organized and compliant using our planning, CRM, and portfolio tools • Work with our internal team for onboarding, service, and operations support Skills • Experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor (RIA experience ideal) • Active licenses required for your state and CFP • Strong planning and communication skills • Comfortable presenting advice to a wide range of clients and keeping relationships over time • A growth mindset and interest in working with a firm that uses modern marketing, automation, and planning tools • Clean compliance record • CFP, CFA, or similar credential Benefits • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Paid training Company Overview • What differentiates Madison Partners from many others in our industry is the unique partnership that is formed with each and every client.
