They are seeking a WFN Payroll Specialist responsible for processing payroll, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulations using the ADP Workforce Now platform. Responsibilities • Calculating employee wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes based on timekeeping data and other relevant information including integrating key stakeholder/3rd party files into bi-weekly payroll processing • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within ADP Workforce Now, including changes to pay rates, deductions, and benefits • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, as well as company policies as previously defined • Accurately entering payroll data into ADP WFN and verifying its accuracy before processing • Creating and distributing various payroll reports, including deductions, and other relevant information • Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and other payroll-related matters • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in payroll data or processes • Assisting with the setup and maintenance of the ADP Workforce Now system, including new feature requests, configuration changes as well as pay code/deduction set bolthires • Providing documentation and support for internal and external audits Skills • Experience with processing payroll, preferably with ADP Workforce Now • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and other stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines • Experience using ADP Workforce Now • Expertise with Excel for data analysis and reporting • Experience interfacing with WorkDay • Reconciling payroll data with the general ledger and other financial records • Providing training to other employees on payroll processes or the ADP WFN system Company Overview • Cadence is a market leader in AI and digital twins, pioneering the application of computational software to accelerate innovation in the engineering design of silicon to systems.
