As a Behavioural Health Clinician, you will deliver individual therapy sessions through our cutting-edge Telehealth platform, focusing solely on patient care and documentation. Employer's Clinical Operations team manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding, allowing you to dedicate your time to your clients. You'll have ongoing access to a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities: • Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings • Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.
• Will Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review QA process. LPC/LMHC Requirements: • Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program • 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience • Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in 2 or more states. The United States guaranteed base salary for this position is $66,000 + equity + benefits, with the additional opportunity of a visit bolthires compensation of $20,966. (
The expected total bolthires compensation annually is $86,966.)
Our client also offers additional productivity incentives for employees that exceed the visit bolthires.
