ARS National Services is seeking a Bilingual Collections Account Representative to assist consumers in navigating financial difficulties. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations while working remotely from home.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and confidence
- Talk with customers about their finances and help them find payment options that work for them
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and full repayments
- Stay sharp with call quality and compliance with federal regulations
- Keep accurate records and collaborate with team leads
- Engage with your team on camera during shifts
Skills
- Candidates MUST reside in the greater Jacksonville area and be able to work from home
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional
- 100% Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Critical thinking + active listening
- Comfort with basic math
- Basic computer skills & reliable high-speed internet
- Collections, sales, or call center experience
